We want you to know the details before purchasing your airline ticket

If others are traveling with you, you are accepting the following responsibilities for all tickets
The names of the travelers must match their State Issued I.D. if traveling within the US and must match the traveler's passport if traveling outside the 50 states. Please note that once tickets are issued, name changes are NEVER permitted under any circumstances. Airline tickets are NOT transferable to another person.

The penalties outlined are "minimum" penalties. If you are allowed to change your flight, the penalties may be significantly higher due to availability and fares at the time of change and/or additional fees that may be charged by the air carrier.
If you fail to show up for your flight, and have not cancelled directly with the airline prior to the flight's departure, your tickets have no value.

Requests, information or requirements entered in the message section are not a condition of purchase.
All domestic tickets are issued as electronic tickets if possible. Paper tickets are required by some airlines (AirTran, Spirit, etc). Bookings that require paper tickets will be charged the higher processing/handling fee and documents will be shipped to the listed billing address. Note: All bargain fares, and flight patterns that have two or more carriers involved, must be processed as paper tickets .

The passenger is responsible for all travel documents and information, including but not limited to:

o Passports
o Visas
o Transit Visas
o Immunizations required and/or recommended
o Baggage limitations
o State Department Warnings.
The Passenger is required to call the airline directly for:
o Specific Seat Assignments and/or Requests
o Frequent Flier Miles Credits
o Special Meals
o Any other special requests such as wheelchair, etc.

Your email address entered will be accepted as your electronic signature. Should you change your email address before your departure date, you are required to advise us of the change.

You may purchase flight cancellation and/or interruption insurance for your tickets. This is available on the TravelTray web site, as well as through many other sources.

You must reconfirm your flights directly with the airlines at least 48 hours prior to departure and return. The airline may be required by the FAA to change the flight number and/or time you are scheduled depart.

U.S. citizens planning to travel abroad should consult the Department of State's Public Announcements, Travel Warnings, Consular Information Sheets, Fact Sheets, and regional travel brochures, all of which are available at the Consular Affairs Internet web site at http://travel.state.gov. In addition to information on the Internet, U.S. travelers may hear recorded information by calling the Department of State in Washington, D.C. at 202-647-5225 from their touch-tone telephone, or receive information by automated telefax by dialing 202-647-3000 from their fax machine.

By using this web site and the related services of TravelTray.com, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions of use (the "Agreement"). If you are a minor, you are not permitted to use the Site unless and until your parent or guardian has accepted these terms and conditions of use on your behalf. While using the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Registration and Purchase
When and if you register or make a purchase, you agree to (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form (including your e-mail address) and (b) to maintain and update your information (including your e-mail address) to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You acknowledge that, if any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Site.

As part of the registration and/or purchase process, you might be asked to select a login name and password. We may refuse to grant you a login name that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion, as determined by us in our sole discretion. Making Purchases
If you wish to purchase products or services described on the Site, you will be asked by us (or, if you are purchasing the product and/or service through a co-branded area of the Site, by the provider of the product or service) to supply certain information applicable to your purchase, including, without limitation, credit card and other information. You understand that any such information will be treated by us in the manner described in our Privacy Policy. Tickets cannot be issued until we verify your credit card billing address and your credit card is charged for the quoted amount. If your credit card is declined due to insufficient or your billing address is invalid, TravelTray reserves the right not to issue your ticket(s). Your fare is not guaranteed until your ticket(s) are issued.

Termination
TravelTray.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, and without liability, to terminate your access to all or part of this Site, with or without notice. Upon termination of this Agreement by either party, your right to use the Site shall immediately cease.

Other
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State Of Illinois, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Kane County, Illinois and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
